I am currently a Master of Counselling Psychology student at City University in the final stages of completion. I'm here with you on your unique healing journey whether it's navigating through the inevitable adversity that life brings to a more meaningful and harmonious experience of life, or, diving deep into a journey of self-discovery and healing. With an integrative and holistic approach to your healing we work from your expertise of self with gentle care and consideration of your body, mind, and spirit.

With a warm, welcoming and gentle, holistic approach, I am equipped to lean into supporting and guiding clients toward greater self-discovery, growth, resilience, and healing. I incorporate mindfulness, mindful somatic therapy (Hakomi inspired) attachment theory, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), emotion focused experiential therapy, and mindful movement and trauma informed yoga.

  • 75 min Services provided by mental health therapist. Please contact insurance provider prior to booking, if insurers reimbursement is required. May not be covered by all insurance providers.


Mental Health Therapist- 1 Hour

  • 50 min - $150.00 Services provided by master's level mental health therapist. Please contact insurance provider prior to booking, if insurers reimbursement is required. May not be covered by all insurance providers.


Mental Health Therapist - 1 hour - Child

  • 60 min - $150.00


Mental Health Therapist - 1 Hour - Couples

  • 60 min - $150.00


Mental Health Therapist - Family Counselling - 1 hour

  • 50 min - $150.00


Mental Health Therapist - 1 hour - Online

Consultation

  • 15 min We invite you to join us for a free 15 minute initial consultation. In person or by telephone, you will meet with an experienced member of our consultation team to discuss your primary concerns and answer any questions you may have about Alycol Health Centre's therapy in general.
