I am currently a Master of Counselling Psychology student at City University in the final stages of completion. I'm here with you on your unique healing journey whether it's navigating through the inevitable adversity that life brings to a more meaningful and harmonious experience of life, or, diving deep into a journey of self-discovery and healing. With an integrative and holistic approach to your healing we work from your expertise of self with gentle care and consideration of your body, mind, and spirit.

With a warm, welcoming and gentle, holistic approach, I am equipped to lean into supporting and guiding clients toward greater self-discovery, growth, resilience, and healing. I incorporate mindfulness, mindful somatic therapy (Hakomi inspired) attachment theory, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), emotion focused experiential therapy, and mindful movement and trauma informed yoga.

  • 50 min The restore program is for individuals without health benefits or the financial resources to access private psychological services. These sessions are provided by Master's level interns under the supervision of Vanessa Foley. ONLY FOR THOSE PRE-APPROVED FOR RESTORE PROGRAM.
