• 90 min - $150.00 Stone massages can be used for relaxation, injury rehabilitation or deep tissue massage. Indications include muscle soreness, stress, chronic musculoskeletal conditions, or low energy. In stone massage, stones can be combined with various massage techniques in order to produce unique treatments to meet the client’s needs. Stones are heated and usually applied with long, flowing Swedish strokes. Large, flat stones are placed on points of tension and increase circulation to the area in order to help loosen muscle tissue. Placement stones, which are placed on certain areas of the body, help to draw the client’s awareness to an area which supports deeper muscle release.
